Delivery

Every order ships from Johannesburg with The Courier Guy, and every parcel is tracked. Standard delivery is free on orders of R500 or more, anywhere in South Africa.

What delivery costs

• Orders of R500 or more: standard delivery is free, anywhere in South Africa.
• Orders under R500: standard delivery is R80 in Gauteng and R150 everywhere else.
• Express delivery: optional. The Courier Guy prices it live at checkout for your address, so you see the exact figure before you pay.

Most of our blue light glasses, readers and Move sunglasses cost R329 or R349, so any two of them take an order past R500 and it ships free.

How long it takes

We check and pack every order within one working day. Once it leaves us, delivery usually takes:

• Gauteng: 1 to 3 working days.
• Other main centres: 2 to 5 working days.
• Outlying areas: can take longer than that.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.

Tracking your order

Every order gets its own Courier Guy waybill. Follow it on our track your order page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, or with the waybill number.

We also email you when the courier collects your parcel, while it is in transit, and when it is delivered.

Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa only, and all prices are in rand. If you are ordering from outside the country, contact us before you try the checkout.

Collection is not offered at checkout. If you would rather collect, ask us before you order.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Get in touch on the day it arrives and send photos of the frames and of the packaging. Damage in transit is far easier to resolve while it is fresh. Faulty and wrong items are covered on our Returns & refunds page, and in both cases the return courier is on us.
