Oakley Sutro Lite Cycling Sunglasses - OO9463 946379 39
The Oakley Sutro Lite redefines performance eyewear with a bold, high-wrap design built specifically for cyclists who demand both function and style. Featuring a Matte Carbon frame paired with Prizm lenses, this model is engineered for riders who push pace on open roads, train in bright conditions, and want uncompromising visual clarity.
The Sutro Lite evolves from the original Sutro silhouette, introducing a semi-rimless frame that increases ventilation while maintaining the wide, shield-style coverage riders trust. Inspired by urban cycling culture and performance demands, it delivers an aggressive look with all-day rideability.
Built with Oakley's lightweight and durable O Matter frame, the Sutro Lite ensures long-lasting comfort without sacrificing strength. Unobtainium nose pads provide a secure, no-slip grip that improves with sweat, keeping the glasses locked in place through high-intensity efforts and long-distance rides. The high-wrap shield enhances peripheral vision while protecting against wind, debris, and harsh sunlight.
The Prizm lens is optimized for bright light conditions, enhancing contrast and improving visibility on the road. Whether you're sprinting, climbing, or cruising, it sharpens detail and reduces glare so you can stay focused and react quickly.

Questions worth asking
Show the 4 questions
What does polarisation actually do?
Light bouncing off a flat surface such as a road, water or a car bonnet becomes horizontally aligned, which is what you experience as glare. A polarised lens filters that alignment out. It makes the biggest difference driving, fishing or near water, and it is a genuine optical effect rather than a coating that wears off.
Do blue light glasses really help?
Honestly, the evidence is mixed and we would rather say so. A 2023 Cochrane review pooling 17 trials found blue-light filtering lenses probably make little or no difference to eye strain at a screen. Where the evidence is stronger is evening light and sleep. We set out the research in full, including the parts that do not favour the product, on our Information page.
How do I work out which frame size suits me?
Every product page lists the model code and its measurements, in the order the industry uses: lens width, bridge width and temple length, all in millimetres. The quickest guide is a pair you already own, since those three numbers are usually printed on the inside of the temple arm. Match those and the fit will be close.
What do the numbers in the product name mean?
They are the manufacturer model code and colourway. On a Ray-Ban RB3548N 002/71 51, RB3548N is the model, 002/71 identifies the frame and lens colour combination, and 51 is the lens width in millimetres. Searching that code on our site will bring up every colourway we hold.
